5th Class celebrate Space Week 2018!

We will be celebrating Space Week 2018 with podcasts and space themed programmes on our school’s radio station. We’ll be experimenting to see what happens when a meteorite hits a moon or planet surface; we will use the Space Week resources to explore light pollution, explore the night sky through Stellarium, we will be Skyping Armagh Observatory; and we will be learning about Mars with another of the Space Week resources. We’ll also explore the Solar System and make some artwork to top off the activities for Space Week.
